Hum....Come on Patti, don't be so hard on Helen. You said "to set another thing straight, if you check the bible, I believe it is 1Corinthians 11:1-15 it states plainly that the woman's hair should be covered". Well, now, 1Cor 11:5 says, "But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth", etc. Sounds like Paul was talking about, when a woman is praying????? then 1Cor 11:13 says, "Judge in yourselves, is it comely that a woman pray to God uncovered". Sounds like that wips out "states plainly". OK, OK, you covered yourself with "I believe it is". The Amplified Bible, (a very good referance bible with the KJV) reads, 11:5 (in part) any woman who publicly prays or prop. when she is bareheaded dishonors her head and 11:13 Concider for yourselves is it proper and decent according to your customs for a woman to offer prayer to God publicly with her head uncovered. Enjoyed the little Bible study, Thanks, David
