I agree strongly with Helen Moses. It IS up to you what you chose to watch and where you chose to go. A tv itself is not the problem, it is a machine that shows a picture. You can watch great Christ filled movies on DVD through a tv! It is a tight rope to walk when chosing what to watch, as commenting on a tv program to someone can be a great conversation starter, and it could eventually lead to an oppertunity to witness to that person. BUT just as much, one has to be careful what shows they do watch because it could end up sending completely the wrong message to someone when talking to them, as they might think those programs are acceptable or think you are not really a Christian or a very good one. Of course none of us are perfect Christians, but we have to act better as we are an image of Christ to many.
