The Thiruvananthapuram Principal District and Sessions Court granted anticipatory bail to Joby Joseph, accused in a case with expelled Congress MLA Rahul Mamkootathil, charged with sexual assault and forced abortion. Joseph, claimed by prosecution to have provided abortion pills, has denied allegations and must cooperate with the inquiry.
