Vaughan-Spruce is co-director of the pro-life organisation UK March for Life and has prayed near the identical abortion clinic for 20 years. In 2023, she was acquitted by Birmingham Magistrates' Court after being prosecuted for breaching the terms of an abortion clinic buffer zone.
