3 years after Dobbs, states' battle over abortion goes on

Despite red states passing a spate of laws restrictin­g abortion access in recent years, research shows that the number of abortions nationwide has climbed every year since 2022, when the Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organizati­on ended a woman's constituti­onal right to an abortion.
