Missouri court orders rewrite of Amendment 3 ballot summary on abortion ...

The Missouri Western District Court of Appeals has mandated a rewrite of the ballot summary for the Amendment 3 do-over, concerning the repeal of abortion rights. The appellate judges found the current summary, crafted by Secretary of State Denny Hoskins and submitted by the Republican-led legislature, to be flawed and misleading.
