Kerala Police SIT searched Congress MLA Rahul Mamkootathil's Palakkad flat in an ongoing sexual assault investigation. The Palakkad MLA has been booked on non-bailable charges of rape, criminal intimidation, and coerced abortion along with an accomplice.
