Senate passes bills to eliminate 400-year veto and redefine abortion ...

During its last floor session of the year, the Wisconsin Senate passed bills Tuesday that would eliminate the annual $325 revenue increase for school districts, define abortion to not include treatment for ectopic pregnancies and other emergency medical conditions and block state and local dollars from being used on health care for people not legally in the country.
