House Bill 485, titled the Enact the Baby Oliva Act, introduced in late September, would require any human growth and developmen­t curriculum to include a screening of a three-minute animated video entitled "Meet Baby Olivia," created by the anti-abortion advocacy organizati­on Live Action. This video depicts the developmen­t of a pregnancy through the germinal, embryonic and fetal stages.
