Salvation through Jesus Christ

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8)

Dove — Holy Spirit
Holy Spirit, I ask You to search my heart this day and reveal to me by Your power the truth. Amen.

For when we humble ourselves, we imitate Christ; when we are rebellious, we imitate Lucifer. Thanks to Yeshua, because of Him we can approach the Cross for forgiveness as often as we need while singing Hallelujah—unless we claim we are without sin.

Search Your Heart

  • Have you taken the Lord’s name in vain?
  • Have you ever stolen, lied, or harbored hatred?
  • Do you covet what is not yours? Struggle with lust?
  • Break one part of the Law, and you’re guilty of all.

Scripture

“For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it.” (James 2:10)

“None is righteous, no, not one… for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:10, 23)

Slave vs. Son

A Slave

Fears punishment and seeks security through perfect performance. Duties may be fulfilled without love, only fear and inadequacy. This is a spirit of bondage.

A Son

Serves from belonging and love, secure in the Father’s acceptance. Works flow from gratitude, not quotas—free to create in joy. This is the Spirit’s freedom.

“If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36)

The Cost of Sin

“Those who practice such things deserve death… How will you escape being condemned to hell?” (Romans 1:32; Matthew 23:33)

Hell is Real

The Way Out of Darkness

“By grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8–9)

Grace is God’s unmerited favor—received, not earned. Faith is trust: that Jesus’ death and resurrection are sufficient for you, just as He promised.

  • Grace: Gift, not wages.
  • Faith: Trust in Christ’s finished work.
  • Not of works: So that no one may boast.
  • Adoption: From slaves to sons and daughters.

How Jesus Frees Us

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

“There is salvation in no one else… no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

Jesus welcomes the lost

A Prayer to Receive Jesus

Dear Lord Jesus, I confess I am a sinner. Please forgive me of all my sins and come into my heart. Change me forever. Thank You for taking my sins upon Yourself and dying on the cross for me. Be my personal Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and Your endless love. Thank You for saving me. I love You. Amen.

“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9–10)
