I had a gay partner revelation/tv

I have recently left a relationship, of 5 years to a man who had been in a long term relationship, with a woman, prior to that a ten year marriage. He has two children from that marriage. We had a wonderful sex life, and were very close emotionally. He informed me he was becommimg attracted to men. We have parted ,but remain close friends, however he has decided to because we are friends he confided in me that he has met a man they have become involved sexually. I am finding all this imformation, honesty too much to cope with and although I want him to be happy i dont want that much imformation. He has also told his 15 year old daughter, she rang and told me I dont want to discuss this with her. Can you talk ,help or suggest any thinf i can do to handle this a little better.
