אֱדַיִן מֶלֶךְ דָּֽרְיָוֵשׁ כְּתַב כֹּל עַם אֻמָּה לִשָּׁן דּוּר כֹּל אֲרַע שְׁלָם שְׂגָא
now, that time, then king, royal Darius write(-ten) all, any, + (forasmuch) as, + be-(for .. people nation language dwell all, any, + (forasmuch) as, + be-(for .. earth, interior peace grow, be multiplied
