אֲנַחְנָא יְדַע מֶלֶךְ הֵן דֵּךְ קִרְיָא בְּנָא שׁוּר כְּלַל דֵּן קְבֵל אִיתַי לָא חֲלָק עֲבַר נְהַר
we certify, know, make known, teach king, royal (that) if, or, whether the same, this city build, make wall finish, make (set) up (afore-)time, + after this manner, her.. + according to, + as, + because, befor.. art thou, can, do ye, have, it be, the.. or even, neither, no(-ne, -r), (can-)n.. portion beyond, this side river, stream
