Rapture revelation/raptureAshley, The bible does not teach a pre-tribulation rapture. Jesus returns at the 7th trumpet which is that \"last trump\" in 1 Corinthians 15:52,which happens \"immediately after the tribulation as Jesus said in Matt. 24:29. This so called rapture happens at the 1st resurrection after the tribulation. Nowhere does the bible say that the Lord comes FOR his Church and then 7 years later come WITH his Church. A lot of christians misunderstand Luke 21:36, and Rev. 3:10. The second coming is a specific and singular event. The Church will indeed be here until the Lord comes back to set up his kingdom.
